📋 Description

• Provide customer service, identify customer needs, and offer appropriate solutions • Sell automotive parts and services, ensuring high-quality customer service and a strong focus on results • Provide technical information about vehicles, services, and maintenance, conveying confidence and assurance to customers • Prepare quotes and commercial proposals, and follow up on service approval and execution • Monitor service progress with the workshop, ensuring deadlines are met and quality standards are maintained • Act as a liaison between customers and the technical team, ensuring clear communication and customer satisfaction • Contribute to the organization of customer service processes and system records

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma • Category B driver's license • Computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel • Sales experience • Strong communication, persuasion, dynamism, negotiation, organizational, goal-oriented, and results-focused skills
