📋 Description

• Develop and enhance a Flutter (Dart) mobile app used daily by thousands of users • Actively contribute to the app’s architecture, ensuring scalability, modularization, and performance • Implement and enhance critical features involving geolocation and maps, user check-in, and payment method integrations • Integrate the app with REST APIs while also understanding backend workflows • Ensure high delivery quality and take ownership of black-box behavior testing • Participate in code reviews, technical decisions, and product discussions • Monitor the app’s health in production, including crashes, performance, and stability • Contribute to the deployment and publication process for Android and iOS apps through CI/CD • Collaborate closely with Product and Design, connecting technical decisions to business impact • Work autonomously on a temporary project for a Health client—a healthcare benefits platform providing access to more than 29,000 gyms across over 2,500 cities in Brazil and Mexico

🎯 Requirements

• Solid experience as a Mid-Level Flutter Developer • Strong command of Dart and mobile development best practices • Extensive experience with state management, such as BLoC or similar solutions • Strong experience integrating REST APIs • Experience with automated testing in mobile development • Knowledge of version control using Git • Experience publishing apps to the Google Play Store and Apple App Store • Experience working in agile environments, including Scrum and Kanban • Strong sense of ownership of code, quality, and delivery • Product engineering mindset, rather than simply executing tasks • Curiosity to understand other technology stacks and how the system works as a whole • Proactive approach to identifying problems, proposing solutions, and driving impact • Clear communication, collaboration, and technical maturity • Experience with Flutter Channels using Kotlin or Swift • Experience with mapping and geolocation services • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines • Previous experience working across mobile, backend, and integrations • Genuine interest in the architecture and evolution of complex systems
