📋 Description
• Develop and automate business processes and services on the ServiceNow platform; • Develop applications using HTML5, CSS, JavaScript / AngularJS among other languages; • Use agile methodologies for day-to-day development. • Have knowledge of the ITSM and App Engine modules.
🎯 Requirements
• Experience on the ServiceNow platform in the ITSM module (required) • Experience in implementation projects for the ITSM module, CSDM practices, and system integrations • Experience implementing Change Management and related processes • Certification: CSA (required) • Certifications: ITSM, ITOM, or ITAM (desirable) • Knowledge of Agile methodology.
