📋 Description

• Create and evolve digital interfaces in alignment with the company’s design guidelines and visual identity • Conduct usability research and user testing to validate design hypotheses • Collaborate with product, development, and marketing teams to ensure consistency between design and implementation • Produce low- and high-fidelity interactive prototypes using Figma • Document navigation flows and user journeys • Contribute to the maintenance and evolution of design systems and component libraries • Apply user-centered design practices and agile methodologies • Work in partnership with a major Brazilian market leader in weighing, automation, and information management solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Information Systems, or a related field • Proven experience in UI/UX projects, preferably in digital environments (web and mobile) • Advanced proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, prototypes, and design systems • Knowledge of and experience with Loveble (a collaborative design tool/methodology) • Understanding of digital accessibility and inclusive design best practices • Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams and communicate ideas clearly • Analytical, creative, and results-oriented mindset • Experience with user research tools such as Maze and Hotjar is a plus • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus • Experience contributing to design system projects is a plus • Intermediate English for reading documentation and collaborating on international projects is a plus
