📋 Description

• Create and manage weekly and daily reports by analyzing data and generating comprehensive reports for key stakeholders. • Attend meetings, take detailed notes on action points, and follow up with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely completion of tasks. • Assist the Managing Director with daily tasks, responsibilities, and strategic initiatives. • Ensure clear and effective communication across teams, both in English and Arabic.

🎯 Requirements

• University degree in Business Administration (BA) or an equivalent field. • Previous experience in a similar role is advantageous. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Arabic. • Strong analytical skills. • Excellent communication and organizational abilities. • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of services (Excel, PowerPoint etc.) • Fluent in both English and Arabic (written and spoken).
