📋 Description

• Assist in creating project plans, schedules, and budgets • Coordinate project activities, resources, and stakeholders • Track project progress and report on key metrics to the project team • Communicate project status updates to stakeholders and management • Maintain project documentation and ensure accuracy and completeness • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues • Support project team members with administrative tasks as needed • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project success • Participate in project meetings, take minutes, and follow up on action items • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives within the project management function

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience working as a Project Administrator or in a similar role • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficient in project management tools and software • Detail-oriented and able to multitask effectively • Ability to work independently and as part of a virtual team • US valid ID and eligible to work in the USA • Preferred Skills: Project Management Professional (PMP) certification • Experience with remote project management tools such as Asana, Trello, or Jira • Knowledge of Agile or Scrum methodologies • Experience working in a remote or virtual team environment • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
