📋 Description

• Draft clear, well-structured written responses across bids and proposals • Work with SMEs across Fedcap UK’s practice areas to extract and shape strong content • Translate operational and technical delivery detail into accessible written responses • Contribute to response planning and storyboard discussions • Review and refine draft responses to improve clarity and alignment • Support integration of content from multiple contributors and partners • Undertake research and evidence gathering to strengthen submissions • Manage assigned bid sections and deliver to deadline • Incorporate feedback from senior team members to strengthen responses • Use AI-enabled tools appropriately to support research and drafting

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in bid writing, proposal development or structured written responses • Strong written English with clear and concise communication skills • Ability to work with subject matter experts to gather content • Good attention to detail and ability to follow structured guidance • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage deadlines • Understanding of bid development with interest in public sector procurement
