📋 Description

• Developing high-quality written responses for complex bids and proposals • Leading or supporting storyboard sessions to shape messaging and structure • Working with subject matter experts to extract and refine strong content • Collaborating with partners and subcontractors to create cohesive submissions • Translating complex delivery models into clear, persuasive responses • Aligning responses to evaluation criteria and scoring methodologies • Identifying content gaps and proactively improve submission quality • Undertaking research and evidence gathering to strengthen responses • Reviewing and editing drafts to ensure clarity, consistency and accuracy • Using AI-enabled tools appropriately to support research and drafting

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience writing competitive bid responses or proposals • Excellent written English and strong editorial judgement • Experience working with SMEs and partners to shape content • Experience contributing to complex, multi-stakeholder submissions • Understanding of public sector procurement and evaluation approaches • Ability to analyse requirements and develop compelling responses • Strong organisational skills and ability to manage competing deadlines • Commitment to high standards and continuous improvement
