• Build and maintain strong client relationships, offering comprehensive support to the client, with no initially assigned clients, while serving as a key point of contact. • Understand client needs and offer tailored solutions. • Collaborate internally to develop strategies for increased engagement. • Communicate with clients regularly through various channels, including meetings and reports. • Act as the client’s advocate, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved proactively. • Occasionally, present “pitch” deck presentations to potential clients. • Assist Client Development with prospective client presentations and communications. • Forecast intervention needs by utilizing data and reporting. • Complete administrative work by onboarding clients into customer relationship management system (CRM), building out client profiles and ensuring data in the CRM system is accurate and complete. • Contribute to a positive, supportive, and collaborative team environment. • Perform other duties as assigned to support client satisfaction and business growth.
• Strong communication, business acumen, platform, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to translate client requirements into actionable strategies and solutions. • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, HubSpot, Salesforce, Tableau and Slack • Excellent organizational and time-management skills. • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, health administration or related field preferred. • Customer Service experience preferred. • Previous experience in the benefits and insurance industries preferred.
