📋 Description

• Leading the design, delivery, and operation of secure, scalable, and highly automated solutions across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, Teams, and Power Platform. • Setting technical direction, engineering standards, and best practices for the Modern Workplace platform while providing hands-on technical leadership. • Collaborating with stakeholders, architects, and product owners to translate business requirements into effective technical solutions and operational improvements. • Designing solutions aligned with Zero Trust principles, security policies, and compliance requirements. • Driving the resolution of complex technical incidents through troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and the implementation of proactive monitoring and self-healing capabilities. • Mentoring engineers and championing automation, cloud innovation, and continuous improvement across the engineering community.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of experience designing, delivering, and supporting Microsoft and cloud solutions at scale • Expert-level knowledge of PowerShell, Power Automate, Graph API, Azure Policy, Azure DevOps, Infrastructure as Code, and automation-first engineering practices • Deep expertise across Azure, Entra ID, Microsoft 365, Intune, Defender, and Teams, including governance, integration, and security • Successful track record of delivering low-touch, automated solutions that improve operational efficiency and reduce manual effort • Strong knowledge of cloud security, scalability, reliability, DevOps, CI/CD practices, and the ability to lead complex technical initiatives collaboratively
