📋 Description

• Leading QA strategy and driving quality engineering initiatives across multiple products and delivery teams • Designing and implementing scalable test automation frameworks with strong CI/CD integration • Driving the adoption of modern testing practices including API-first and service-level automation • Collaborating with Product, Development, and Architecture teams to embed shift-left quality practices • Leveraging AI-assisted tools to enhance test automation, analysis, and reporting • Mentoring and guiding QA engineers while promoting a culture of continuous improvement and technical excellence

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in software testing or quality engineering, including leading teams and driving testing strategies • Strong expertise in building and maintaining automation frameworks using tools such as Playwright, Selenium, or RestAssured • Experienced in API, UI, and end-to-end automation with solid programming skills in languages such as C#, Java, or JavaScript • Hands-on experience working with CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps environments • Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills with a focus on delivering high-quality engineering outcomes
