📋 Description

• Build and maintain features end-to-end with React / TypeScript, Django / Python, and GraphQL / Relay • Use AI-powered developer tools for prototyping and test generation • Translate requirements into user impact and focus on product/business metrics • Partner closely with Product, Design, and QA to turn concepts into polished experiences • Contribute to CI pipeline with unit, integration, and regression tests and participate in code reviews • Draft and refine tech specs, break work into deliverable pieces, and define success metrics • Introduce new tools, libraries, and best practices and mentor teammates • Ship multiple times per week and iterate quickly while keeping reliability and polish front-of-mind

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-stack or backend development experience • Experience with React / TypeScript, Django / Python, and GraphQL / Relay • Experience in high-growth product environments (ideally) • Ability to build and ship end-to-end features • Experience with AI tools and developer tooling • Strong communication and collaboration skills • Experience working in remote environments and asynchronous collaboration • Writing unit, integration, and regression tests • Drafting and refining technical specifications • Mentoring teammates
