⢠8+ years of experience in Mechanical/HVAC/Plumbing industry ⢠Strong knowledge of commercial HVAC, water heating, and hydronics ⢠Proven track record in leading teams and driving sales growth ⢠Strong understanding of construction services (prefabrication, commissioning, design-build workflows) ⢠Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills ⢠Ability to travel regionally (25%) ⢠Strategic execution skills ⢠Deep understanding of Air & Water systems and construction workflows ⢠Collaborative ability across vendor, customer, and internal teams
