📋 Description

• Consolidate databases from different systems and sources, ensuring the quality and reliability of the information. • Support the preparation and updating of the management income statement (DRE) and other financial reports. • Lead financial close processes. • Perform reconciliations and identify inconsistencies in data and entries. • Analyze variances between actual and expected results, providing explanations for the figures. • Support the improvement of the company’s financial processes, controls, and routines. • Propose improvements and automation for existing consolidation and reporting processes. • Understand the operation, primary data sources, financial flows, and current reporting structure within the first 30 days. • Progressively take ownership of the consolidation, close, management income statement preparation, and financial reporting processes with increasing autonomy within 60 days. • Lead the end-to-end close process and propose improvements and automation within 90 days.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in Controllership, FP&A, Finance, or related areas. • Experience with financial close processes and the preparation and analysis of income statements. • Analytical and organized mindset. • Knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools. • Knowledge of SQL and/or Python for data processing and consolidation. • Experience automating financial processes and creating reports. • Intermediate to advanced English proficiency. • Experience in technology companies, e-commerce, digital marketing, or high-volume transaction businesses.
