🎯 Requirements

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript (ES6+) • Advanced experience with Bootstrap and Tailwind CSS • Responsive design and a Mobile First approach, with strong knowledge of Flexbox and CSS Grid • Web performance optimization, including page load times and Core Web Vitals • Technical SEO and semantic code • Accessibility (A11Y) • REST API integration • Version control with Git/GitHub • CSS animations and DOM manipulation • Solid understanding of UI/UX and fidelity to Figma layouts • Integration of pixels and tags: Google Tag Manager (GTM), Google Analytics, and Meta Pixel • Clean Code principles and cross-browser compatibility • Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) • Technical English for reading documentation and basic communication • Experience with JavaScript frameworks (React, Next.js, or Vue) • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation tools • Basic knowledge of digital marketing and direct response
