• Every month, millions of people use America’s Rewards App, earning rewards for buying brands they love – and a whole lot more. • It’s not just our users who believe in Fetch: with investments from SoftBank, Univision, and Hamilton Lane, and partnerships ranging from challenger brands to Fortune 500 companies, Fetch is reshaping how brands and consumers connect in the marketplace. • At Fetch, we value curiosity, adaptability, and the confidence to explore new tools — especially AI — to drive smarter, faster work. • We are looking for a Principal Product Lead - ML Personalization (Search & Discovery) to partner with our ML ranking & personalization teams to drive the vision & strategy, help shape our systems and user experiences. • This is a full-time role that can be held from one of our US offices or remotely in the United States.

🎯 Requirements

• Deep experience with ML, recommendation systems, entity understanding, personalization, ranking. • 6+ years of product management experience in relevant domains, demonstrating deep product thinking and execution ability. • Proven experience in one or more of the following areas: • Search and discovery systems for streaming, music, shopping, or content platforms • Search optimization and relevance • Advertising systems: ads quality, auction optimization, real-time bidding (RTB), inventory optimization, forecasting, audience segmentation/targeting, programmatic advertising, bid optimization, and auction mechanics • Demonstrated excellence in core PM responsibilities: setting vision and strategy, prioritizing roadmaps, delivering impactful products, and driving measurable business outcomes. Experience working with OKRs and leading cross-functional collaboration with sales, marketing, and services teams to launch and scale products. • Thrive in fast-paced environments with evolving priorities. Skilled at building 0-to-1 products, pivoting when needed, and fostering open-minded collaboration—able to challenge ideas and embrace constructive feedback. • Deep understanding of user behavior and two-sided marketplaces. Capable of designing solutions that optimize for multiple, often competing, objectives.
