📋 Description

• Provide customer service by phone, email, or social media to resolve daily incidents • Manage incoming calls and chats efficiently to ensure high-quality communication with clients • Provide accurate, valid, and complete information using appropriate methods and tools • Handle customer complaints, provide solutions and alternatives within time limits, follow up on resolutions, maintain customer interaction records, process customer accounts, and file documents • Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies • Engage customers proactively • Perform parallel work for the Operations Department when incident resolutions are not constant • Work 12:00–21:00, five days per week, with a one-hour break

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in User Support or Customer Service positions is highly valuable • Previous experience using Zendesk is preferred • High Dutch level (oral & written) and fluent in Spanish or English • Skilled at planning, organizing, prioritizing and executing simultaneous tasks • Good communication and interpersonal skills • Solution-oriented and reliable • Excellent attention to detail and time-management skills • Flexible and able to adapt quickly to change • Decisive and organized • Candidates must reside in Brazil
