📋 Description

• Assess feasibility (permitting, venue, costs) and support budget creation • Plan and coordinate pre-production (layouts, vendors, logistics) • Manage vendors (technical, infrastructure, F&B, security, etc.) • Coordinate with venues, local authorities, and internal teams • Oversee load-in, show execution, and load-out onsite • Manage timelines, task tracking, and run of show • Identify operational risks and troubleshoot in real time

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience producing live, experiential, or large-scale events • Proven track record managing complex, multi-stakeholder productions • Strong understanding of event logistics, technical production, and permitting processes • Experience managing budgets and vendors end-to-end • Excellent organizational and project management skills • Strong communication and negotiation skills • Confident onsite leadership, able to perform under pressure • Working knowledge of safety standards and risk management in live events • Experience in pre-production (site visits, permitting, venue setup) • Willingness and ability to travel and be onsite for event execution
