📋 Description
• Edit webinars and advisor content into platform-ready videos for LinkedIn, YouTube, and Facebook • Oversee daily operations of social channels and grow engaged followings • Create short-form video content optimized for each platform • Track performance metrics for social channels and provide actionable insights to leadership • Collaborate cross-functionally with advisors, marketing team members, and external vendors • Ensure all content follows financial compliance and brand guidelines • Support Facebook ad campaigns with fresh creative and optimization recommendations
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years in social media coordination, content creation, or digital marketing • Video editing proficiency (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, WeVideo, or similar) • Experience with short-form content (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts) • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze metrics and adjust strategy • Strong written communication and ability to work independently • Interest in financial services or B2B marketing
