📋 Description

• Supports and manages core programmatic functions for apprenticeship and workforce development. • Expands the reach of NIWL's apprenticeship portfolio and oversees multiple registered apprenticeship programs. • Manages project activities and conducts research leading to positive outcomes for young adults in prevention and career development. • Responsible for all aspects of the programming including partnership development, data analysis, creating tools and resources, monitoring and tracking deliverables, creating and maintaining project materials, and drafting reports. • Maintains strong working relationships and consistent communication with internal and external colleagues.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in education policy, education research, higher education, public administration, public policy, sociology, psychology, or related fields. • Master’s degree preferred. • Project Management (PM) Certification preferred. • Typically requires a minimum of 8 years of relevant program management experience at a non-governmental organization (NGO), government agency, institution of higher education foundation, or private corporation. • Experience managing apprenticeship or workforce development programs preferred. • Ability to work independently with a minimum of supervision; ability to meet deadlines under pressure. • Has sensitivity to cultural diversity and an understanding of the political, contextual, and ethical issues associated with human centered program implementation and scalability. • Must be able to read, write, and speak fluent English.
