📋 Description

• Lead and manage a cornerstone strategic account for FICO • Build and nurture relationships with C-suite and senior client stakeholders • Identify and address critical client business challenges • Demonstrate the value of FICO’s analytics and decisioning solutions • Collaborate with sales, product, delivery, and marketing teams to design tailored enterprise solutions • Lead negotiations for multi-million-dollar contracts • Serve as the client advocate within FICO • Influence product roadmaps and solution strategies • Develop and execute business plans for account expansion and long-term profitability • Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets • Represent FICO as a trusted advisor • Monitor industry trends and position FICO as a leading analytics and decisioning partner

🎯 Requirements

• Proven success building and managing strategic relationships with senior executives, particularly within large financial institutions • Track record structuring and closing complex, multi-million-dollar deals, including SaaS-based solutions • Deep familiarity with banking, credit risk, fraud prevention, account management, or consumer lending • Experience with machine learning, AI, decision management, and optimization highly desirable • Ability to craft and execute joint business plans aligned with client objectives and FICO priorities • Passion to learn and educate customers and colleagues through presentations and conversations • Strong soft skills and genuine interest in helping people succeed • Ability to maintain focus under pressure, adapt to change, and recover from setbacks • Team-oriented and collaborative mindset • Willingness to travel up to 50% • Bachelor’s degree in business, technology, or a related discipline, or equivalent commercial experience
