📋 Description

• Manage a team designing and developing enterprise-level applications • Provide technical leadership and solve complex product and platform problems • Contribute to product milestones and understand dependencies across products • Collaborate with local functional leaders, including professional services and Information Technology • Partner with stakeholders to attract talent, set goals, measure performance, and reward performance • Integrate work from team members • Provide technical advice, mentoring, and direction • Coordinate with Product and Technology peers to plan and implement resource plans • Evaluate software stability, compatibility, scalability, interoperability, and performance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science or related disciplines, or relevant experience in software product development • Strong experience managing geographically distributed, high-performing development teams • Experience with multiple software development methodologies and their tools • Demonstrated innovation within a software team • Experience taking a driving role in building complex software products successfully delivered to customers • Knowledge of the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, secure coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations • Knowledge of database concepts and programming • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Ability to articulate design walkthroughs with architects and discuss strategy and requirements with teams
