• Lead B2C sales development and strengthen FieldBee’s presence in Germany. • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive the commercial success of FieldBee products in Germany. • Manage the full sales cycle — from lead generation and prospecting to contract negotiation and closing. • Provide technical advice and product demonstrations to customers, highlighting product advantages versus competition. • Monitor market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, product development, etc.) and with the local distributor to align strategies and deliver customer-focused solutions. • Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and performance analyses to management.
• Deep understanding of agricultural clients, with sensitivity to farmers’ needs, priorities, and concerns. • Ability to connect authentically with farmers and “speak their language.” • German language (native or proficient) and comfortable communicating in English in a work context. • Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience, ideally in international B2C direct sales. • Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, preferably in the agriculture sector — experience in precision agriculture is a strong plus. • Excellent listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. • Hands-on experience with CRM systems. • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. • Ambitious and outgoing, with confidence in achieving challenging sales goals. • Preferred: Background in agriculture, agronomy, or a related technical field. • Preferred: At least 5 years of experience in agricultural machinery and/or precision agriculture technologies. • Familiarity with GPS, telematics, and other precision and digital farming tools.
