📋 Description

• Provide personalized financial aid counseling to prospective, current, and former students across funding sources • Serve as primary point of contact for high-volume student inquiries via phone, email, and virtual appointments • Manage financial aid pipeline from application through awarding and disbursement • Monitor student progress, identify bottlenecks, and support timely funding outcomes • Own and support financial aid reporting and data tracking • Collaborate cross-functionally with admissions, student accounts, registrar, and other departments • Support scholarship program administration and external agency coordination • Maintain knowledge of regulatory requirements and ensure compliance with applicable policies

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, communication, or related field; or equivalent combination of education and experience • Minimum two years’ experience in student financial aid, higher education administration, lending/finance, or related field requiring interpretation and application of regulations and policies • Experience with federal student loan administration, scholarship administration, and borrower counseling strongly preferred
