📋 Description

• Manage and support a group of engineering managers and teams responsible for FigJam and Figma Slides • Partner with product, design, and data to continue innovating on our Collab Tools product and accelerate the growth of Figma’s Collab seat • Provide hands-on technical leadership to your teams and others that collaborate with your teams to ensure a cohesive product experience and the right technical abstractions • Recruit, mentor and retain high performing engineers (and help with other cross functional roles) • Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration and taking calculated risks

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience hiring and leading teams as an engineering manager with at least 2 years of experience managing managers • Ability to operate effectively at the level of product and business strategy while balancing that with operational excellence in running engineering teams • Proven track record of successfully operating and growing E2E product lines • Passion for building inclusive teams that deliver customer impact and iterate quickly • Strong written and verbal communication skills, especially in cross-functional settings • Experience leading product teams in B2B companies with a PLG motion (added plus) • Previous experience in integrating AI into existing product lines effectively (added plus)
