📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end product provisioning for technical partners and new and existing customers • Manage the free trial initiative and ensure timely provisioning for participants • Work with product and sales on Depos for All and Paid Pilot initiatives • Ensure clear communication and proper process documentation for provisioning activities • Act as the primary liaison for implementation partner requests • Maintain detailed documentation and tracking of provisioning activities and processes • Maintain a clean customer database and assist with data auditing and cleanup • Assist with provisioning new customer platforms and partner implementation requests • Report to the Manager of Revenue Operations • Support smooth operations and the transition from sales into implementation

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills • Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement • Ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to shifting priorities • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel • Salesforce experience preferred • Bachelor's Degree or 2+ years corporate experience • Currently residing in, or willing to relocate to, Czechia or Slovakia • Legal right to work in Czechia or Slovakia • Contractors responsible for their own taxes and compliance with applicable laws in their jurisdiction
