📋 Description

• Own and execute reporting for core SaaS sales KPIs including quota attainment, win/loss rates, average deal size, sales cycle length, pipeline coverage, forecast accuracy, and rep productivity. • Perform ad-hoc analyses to support Sales Leadership and Revenue Operations teams. Translate complex data into clear, compelling visual stories that drive decision-making. • Serve as the go-to analyst for pipeline and forecast reporting — tracking stage-over-stage progression, identifying deal slippage and bottlenecks, and surfacing insights that help sales leadership optimize resource allocation and coaching efforts. • Build and maintain automated data feeds, alerts, and notification workflows within DOMO. Streamline recurring reporting processes to reduce manual effort and improve data freshness.

🎯 Requirements

• Independent Analytics & Reporting — You must be a driven self-starter who is eager to do independent analysis and confident in reporting back to executive leadership with your findings. You will be expected to be doing analysis on your own, without prompt, and find opportunities to improve the revenue cycle on a regular basis • Executive Communication — You should be able to concisely report back to executive leadership your own conclusions and findings from the analysis that you perform. You should understand how to present your findings with appropriate backup, without just drowning your stakeholder in charts and tables. • SaaS Sales Metrics — Solid working knowledge of key SaaS sales KPIs: quota attainment, win rate, pipeline coverage ratios, average sales cycle, deal velocity, ARR/MRR, churn, and forecast accuracy. You should be able to speak fluently about what these mean and why they matter.
