📋 Description

• Lead a team of talented engineers responsible for building and maintaining our core products. • Shape technical direction, ensuring high-quality delivery, and fostering an environment where engineers can thrive. • Balance people leadership with technical oversight, aligning your team’s output with company goals while nurturing individual career growth.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience, with 2+ years in a formal leadership/management role. • Ability to contribute with hands-on coding up to 50% of the time • Proven experience managing engineering teams in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. • Strong technical background in modern web application development (experience with C#, Node.js, TypeScript, AWS, AngularJS, Svelte, SQL Server, Redis, ElasticSearch, etc.). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills across technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Demonstrated success in scaling teams, mentoring engineers, and delivering complex projects. • Comfortable using performance data to guide decisions about promotions, compensation, and career growth. • Familiarity with agile methodologies and modern software development practices. • Experience running structured performance reviews and providing actionable feedback. • Skilled at identifying and addressing performance issues early, with empathy and fairness. • Ability to recognize and reward high performance, while supporting underperformers with development plans.
