📋 Description

• Report to the Director of Engineering • Collaborate with other Engineering Managers to align practices and support the global Software Engineering Team’s well-being • Work closely with Product Management and Staff Engineers to plan effectively and maintain the appropriate pace for the software team • Mentor and guide team members in their career paths • Help team members perform at their best at Filigran

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in team management • Bonus if experience is in a start-up or scale-up environment • Comfortable working in a remote, async-first environment • Strong willingness to embrace AI and use it in day-to-day work • Strong technical background with extensive Software Engineer experience • Preferably experience with Java/Spring and React • Experience with Rust is a plus • Proven capability of working with different stakeholders • Good time management • Autonomy, ownership, and team spirit
