📋 Description

• Record accounting transactions (purchases, sales, bank transactions, etc.) and support the AR and AP processes. • Ensure proper reconciliation of accounts and accounting entries. • Assist with monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closings. Prepare required documentation for balance sheets and income statements. • Prepare and submit tax returns (VAT, income tax, etc.) within statutory deadlines. • Support internal and external financial audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations. • Propose and implement continuous improvements to accounting processes and tools to ensure efficiency and compliance.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or Finance (DCG, DSCG, Master’s degree, or equivalent). • Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in general accounting, preferably in a fast-growing company or scale-up. Strong knowledge of French accounting standards (PCG). • Fluent in French and comfortable communicating in English, both written and spoken. • Strong attention to detail, well-organized, and good analytical thinking skills. • Curious, reliable, eager to learn, and comfortable taking initiative within a structured framework. • Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., Odoo, Pennylane), common office tools (Excel), and proactive in using AI.
