📋 Description

• Own Filigran's Enterprise Data Platform end-to-end, from ingestion to consumption • Model and transform data with dbt using staging, intermediate, and marts architecture • Own data quality, reliability, observability, testing, monitoring, alerting, and code reviews • Maintain the data catalog and data governance • Build and maintain Metabase dashboards for trustworthy KPI visibility • Maintain and scale Airbyte/Airflow ingestion pipelines from external APIs and sources • Investigate and fix broken pipelines to ensure end-to-end platform reliability • Partner with Sales, Finance, Product, Engineering, Support, and People teams to define metrics and model KPIs • Enable self-serve analytics and dashboards • Conduct technical watch and improve platform architecture and tooling • Collaborate with Engineering on deployment, monitoring, and platform reliability • Help develop AI agents, self-reporting insights, proactive metric alerting, and a semantic layer

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Analytics Engineering / Data Engineering • Strong hands-on expertise in dbt, including modeling, testing, data quality, observability, and governance in production • Experience with ingestion and orchestration pipelines, such as Airflow, Airbyte, or equivalents • Proficiency in SQL and Python • Cross-functional ability to translate stakeholder needs into KPIs and dashboards • Strong autonomy and end-to-end ownership • Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including versioning, code reviews, testing, and CI/CD • Product-oriented mindset focused on data quality, usability, and business outcomes • Experience building AI agents, familiarity with LLM/agent stacks, fully remote async-first work, or cybersecurity industry experience are bonuses
