📋 Description
• Design and document functional specifications based on user needs • Create clear and actionable mockups and user stories • Collaborate daily with the development team to ensure accurate implementation • Work hand-in-hand with the Product Manager to define and refine the OpenCTI product roadmap • Support customer-facing teams (e.g., Solutions Engineers, Customer Success) in understanding and leveraging OpenCTI features • Identify, document, and prioritize user pain points to shape future functionalities • Define scenarios to address specific use cases in OpenCTI • Contribute to the improvement and animation of our product management methodologies
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience in operational cybersecurity (CTI, CSIRT/CERT, SOC) • Proven ability to translate complex user needs into clear features and functional requirements • Autonomous, structured, and highly collaborative mindset • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies • Strong communication skills • Fluent in English, French is a plus • Bonus: Previous experience working on a cybersecurity product or open-source ecosystem.
