📋 Description

• Define and own Filigran's AI-Native engineering strategy, including tools, workflows, practices, and their evolution • Run structured experiments evaluating AI coding tools and agents; measure impact on velocity and quality; translate findings into recommendations • Build guardrails and engineering standards for maintainable, tested, consistent AI-generated code • Work with product engineering teams of approximately 80 engineers to embed AI practices into workflows such as AI pair programming, AI-assisted code review, test generation, and documentation • Run internal talks, workshops, and demos; share results and lessons learned • Track and evaluate the rapidly changing AI tooling landscape • Build shared AI engineering components, including CI agent workflows, MCP servers, prompt libraries, versioned AI repository configuration, and rules for tools and data handling • Contribute to Filigran's external voice through blog posts, open-source contributions, and conference talks • Collaborate with engineers and Engineering Managers across OpenCTI, OpenAEV, and OpenGRC, as well as the VP of Technology and CTO • Report to the Principal Engineer of the XTM Foundation team

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of software engineering experience • Proven experience deploying AI-assisted development practices within an engineering team • Deep, hands-on familiarity with agentic coding tools, LLM-powered code review, prompt engineering for development workflows, MCP ecosystems, and emerging AI tooling • Strong full-stack engineering background • Experience with AI coding tools such as Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Cline, MCP servers, and code generation agents • Ability to evaluate AI output across the whole stack and contribute code • Comfortable working in a remote-first, asynchronous culture across multiple time zones • Clear communication in English • Autonomy and ownership mindset • Bonus: experience with open-source communities, cybersecurity domain knowledge, contributions to AI tooling projects, or public writing/speaking on AI-Native engineering
