📋 Description

• Oversee all aspects of a video project from concept to final delivery. • Responsible for developing timelines and shoot schedules and coordinating project workflows. • Act as the on-site point of contact during shoots. • Monitor expenditures to ensure the project stays within budget. • Serve as the liaison between clients and the production team. • Responsible for client acquisition and maintaining client relationships. • Represent the company at trade shows.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed degree in Marketing, Management, or Film (or equivalent experience). • Understanding of the technical and creative aspects of video production. • Knowledge of current social media platforms such as TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, Twitch, and Pinterest. • Effective communication skills with team members. • Strong leadership abilities. • Experience in budget management and financial controlling. • Knowledge of risk management and problem-solving. • High flexibility and ability to work independently. • Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel. • Ideally, initial experience in sales negotiations and shoot planning.
