📋 Description
• Design intuitive, engaging experiences for global audiences • Translate user needs into intuitive designs • Collaborate with PMs and engineers to ship features • Balance qualitative and quantitative data for UX • Conduct user research and usability tests • Maintain a scalable design system
🎯 Requirements
• 4+ years of experience designing consumer-facing products, preferably in media, streaming, or creator platforms • Strong portfolio showcasing product design work and problem-solving approach • Fluency in user-centered design processes and usability best practices • Confidence using Figma and prototyping tools • Experience with data-informed design decisions, A/B testing, and analytics tools • Ability to thrive in a startup environment: adaptable, curious, proactive
