📋 Description

• Medical diagnostics and treatment of patients and advising animal owners • Support for a central team that handles administrative tasks • Share clinical experience with junior colleagues • Build and further develop a top team of skilled veterinarians and veterinary nurses/technicians (TFAs) • Collaborate with the Office Team to optimize processes and facilitate day-to-day work • Active participation in filu’s medical vision and in shaping the team culture

🎯 Requirements

• Licensed veterinarian (m/f/d) with enthusiasm for small animal medicine • Strong clinical skills in small animal consultations • Professional demeanour, helpfulness, empathy, and open, warm, respectful communication with colleagues and clients • Interest in a varied role in small animal medicine within a modern, well-equipped work environment • Enthusiasm for a young startup culture • Curious, team-oriented, with a sense of humour and a passion for rethinking veterinary medicine • Comfortable using digital tools and software (advantageous)
