📋 Description

• Conduct regulatory gap assessments against applicable cybersecurity regulations and standards, especially the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) • Build clear, actionable conformity roadmaps • Perform product risk assessments, threat modelling, and vulnerability-handling reviews • Provide structured recommendations to reduce security exposure • Produce technical reports and conformity documentation • Translate technical findings into business impacts and remediation actions • Follow internal quality procedures and maintain accurate project artefacts • Contribute to audit readiness and continuous improvement initiatives • Guide clients throughout the engagement lifecycle • Support scoping discussions with pre-sales teams • Contribute to the internal security and regulatory knowledge base • Share best practices and support onboarding and professional growth of junior colleagues • Plan and track billable activities, log hours accurately, and meet engagement milestones and utilisation targets • Provide technical input for scoping and proposal development • Represent Fime at industry forums, conferences, webinars, or client-facing events

🎯 Requirements

• 2 to 6 years of experience in cybersecurity consulting, product security, certification/evaluation, or secure development • Working knowledge of the EU Cyber Resilience Act (CRA) and adjacent frameworks, including EUCC, RED-DA, ETSI EN 303 645, and IEC 62443 • Experience with regulatory and certification readiness for connected products • Hands-on experience with threat modelling for connected environments and risk assessment / risk management methodologies • Exposure to secure development lifecycle (SDL) practices within product or embedded engineering teams • Experience contributing to conformity assessments, audits, or formal certification processes • Master’s degree (Bac+5 or equivalent) in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Embedded Systems, or a related engineering field • Understanding of secure development lifecycle (SDL), including defining security goals, objectives and controls with appropriate traceability • Knowledge of application security fundamentals, including OWASP • Knowledge of applied cryptography basics, including key-management concepts • Awareness of firmware/hardware security analysis • Fluency in French and English (oral and written) • Ability to manage complexity and ambiguity with a customer-focused and collaborative mindset • Effective communication skills • Ability to plan and align work with project priorities and deadlines • Situational adaptability and openness to learning new standards and technologies quickly
