📋 Description

• Regularly prospect businesses, retailers, industrial sites, public-sector organizations, property managers, and other professional clients in the sector • Identify prospects’ protection needs and conduct project discovery • Recommend appropriate solutions using a consultative approach • Prepare, present, and negotiate commercial proposals • Coordinate with technical teams to validate feasibility and commitments • Grow installation sales and recurring revenue • Promote, where relevant, equipment-as-a-service, remote monitoring, and maintenance offerings • Close sales and hand over complete project files to local technical teams • Support clients through to project completion • Build customer loyalty and identify new needs • Develop a local network of referrers and partners • Record activities in the group’s tools • Track prospecting, ongoing opportunities, sales, and recurring contracts • Organize activities from a home office and attend customer meetings in the field • Collaborate regularly with sales management and technical teams

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in field sales, ideally serving professional clients • Motivated by prospecting and winning new customers • Ability to generate opportunities and maintain consistent effort over time • Well organized and self-directed, with the ability to plan weekly activities, routes, and follow-ups • Ability to provide regular activity reports • Comfortable working from a home office and collaborating with remote teams • Strong listening, negotiation, and customer follow-up skills • Interest in technical solutions • Experience in electronic security or selling technical solutions is an advantage • Knowledge of the local business community is a plus • A valid Category B driving licence is essential for business travel • Field experience and skills are valued more highly than formal qualifications
