📋 Description

• Device Management: Proficient in MDM solutions to manage and secure company devices. • Google Suite Mastery: Deep understanding and experience in utilizing Google Workspace applications. • Technical Support: Provide first-level technical support to end-users, resolving issues related to hardware, software, and network connectivity. • Issue Resolution: Efficiently troubleshoot and resolve a wide range of IT problems, utilizing a ticketing system like Jira (ITSM). • Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to improve IT processes and procedures. • Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including internal IT wikis. • Vendor Management: Coordinate with external vendors to ensure timely maintenance and support of IT systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Ability to analyze complex issues, identify root causes, and implement effective solutions. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical users. • Proven ability to work effectively in a remote environment, managing devices and providing support. • Preferred, but not required, experience working in the fintech sector. • Knowledge of IT security best practices and the ability to identify and mitigate potential threats. • Eagerness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing business needs. • Proven ability to create clear and concise technical documentation. • Exceptional written and spoken English • Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience • Strong organizational skills • Trustworthy, responsive, and can handle confidential information • Ability to work swiftly with a high sense of urgency and comfort with shifting priorities and deadlines. • Self-starter, quick learner, and highly organized with attention to detail. • Ability to follow up; know what's going on at all times and respond quickly. • Flexible, patient, persistent, and has a team spirit attitude.
