📋 Description

• Responsible for assisting and providing support to Wholesale Third Party Originator (TPO) Partners and sales support • Assists partners with the pre-application process • Reviews all TPO Partner documentation for new approval and/or re-certification • Processes TPO partner Applications for final approval • Sets up newly approved accounts in Archer • Sets up new users in ReverseVision, Link, Salesforce, and Quantum Reverse • Monitors and processes Comergence Alerts

🎯 Requirements

• High School Diploma • Minimum 1 year experience in the Reverse Mortgage Industry • Prior understanding of FAR mortgage processes • Prior experience supporting Wholesale Account Executives and TPO Partners • Ability to problem solve and handle TPO Partner inquiries • Ability to handle daily new business, monthly recertifications, emails, and alerts with a high level of customer service • Highly proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook • Multi-tasking and prioritization skills
