📋 Description

• Responsible for executing and overseeing securities movement, pooling, and settlement functions • Supports Ginnie Mae settlements and secondary market transactions • Collaborates closely with broker dealers, settlement agents, custodians, and the Capital Markets leadership team • Maintains rigorous documentation and process controls for all pool and trade activities • Acts as back-up for VP of Portfolio Operations

🎯 Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of related experience in capital markets portfolio operations • Knowledge of Government National Mortgage Association (Ginnie Mae) and Bloomberg processes • Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities simultaneously • Experience with DTC transactions, DVP/FOP settlements, and direction letter preparation • Familiarity with DACA requirements and custodial bank relations • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and time zones • Proficiency in documentation, process controls, and compliance support • Excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills • Analytical, influencing, strategic thinking, and decision-making skills
