📋 Description
• Responsible for the relationship with Finance of America Reverse's sub servicing mortgage vendor • Owns overall management, relationship and coordination with sub servicing vendor • Builds dynamic relationship with vendor while driving focus to maximize portfolio performance • Monitors vendor performance and facilitates discussions around performance/process improvement • Conducts monthly portfolio performance reviews with sub servicing vendor • Partners with internal stakeholders to drive key initiatives and change with vendor
🎯 Requirements
• At least 5 years of experience in the mortgage servicing industry • Demonstrated leadership oversight of program and project management as well as change management • Excellent analytical and complex problem-solving skills • Working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Visio • Strong interpersonal skills and must be a team player • Ability to utilize strategic thinking when making decisions
