• Advise customers by phone and in writing on loan comparison options • Support customers from initial contact through contract signing • Assist customers throughout every stage of the closing process • Identify customer needs through needs analyses • Find the best loan offers • Help customers achieve their goals without cold calling • Use modern communication tools and partners’ digital closing solutions

🎯 Requirements

• Initial experience in customer-facing roles, such as sales, telesales, or retail • Excellent communication skills and an open, professional manner on the phone • Highly reliable and committed approach to work • Motivation to develop professionally • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Completed commercial training or vocational qualification preferred
