📋 Description
• Du erstellst, strukturierst und priorisierst User Stories, Epics und Akzeptanzkriterien in Jira. • Du leitest Scrum-Zeremonien (Sprint Planning, Reviews, Retrospektiven) und steuerst unsere Kanban-Prozesse. • Du übersetzt Anforderungen aus Finance, Business und ggf. Compliance in klare technische Anforderungen für das Data Team. • Du priorisierst, begleitest und nimmst Datenprodukte wie Dashboards, Datenpipelines und Analysen ab.
🎯 Requirements
• 3–5 Jahre Erfahrung als Product Owner oder Product Manager • Sicheres Arbeiten mit Scrum und/oder Kanban • Erfahrung im Data-Umfeld (z. B. Data Engineering, Analytics oder BI) • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Jira und Confluence • Fähigkeit, Datenabfragen in SQL durchzuführen • Erfahrung mit Databricks oder vergleichbaren Data-Plattformen • Kenntnisse über Broker- und Kundendaten sowie regulatorischen Themen (KYC, AML oder MiFID) • Sicheres Kommunizieren auf Deutsch und Englisch.
