📋 Description

• Ownership of the end-to-end UX/UI design of our broker product — from research-based user flows and wireframes to polished, modern interfaces • Close collaboration with product managers to develop and refine product concepts and translate them into well-structured interaction and UI designs • Evolve and maintain our design system, including defining new components and ensuring consistent application across the product • Proactively identify and design new features and use cases, and rapidly validate them through prototyping • Actively contribute to the product with your own ideas — supported by a strong product-driven mindset and openness to using AI

🎯 Requirements

• Expert-level knowledge of Figma and experience building and maintaining design systems • 2–5 years of hands-on UX/UI experience, ideally related to financial products or with a background in finance; a strong affinity for finance topics is explicitly welcome but not required • Strong communication skills, a self-directed and proactive working style, and genuine interest in current design and finance trends • Fluent German, both written and spoken • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification — career changers with relevant experience are welcome
