📋 Description

• End-to-end responsibility for filling key positions, with a focus on Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Product • Managing the entire recruiting process, from kickoff and requirements definition through contract signing • Providing strategic advice to hiring managers and senior leaders • Designing efficient interview processes and supporting well-informed hiring decisions • Identifying, directly approaching, and attracting qualified tech talent through LinkedIn and other channels • Developing and implementing target-group-specific sourcing strategies • Selecting and coordinating external recruitment agencies and recruiting partners • Analyzing relevant recruiting KPIs and continuously optimizing recruiting processes • Creating a professional, transparent, and respectful candidate journey • Contributing to employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, career site content, and social media content

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in recruiting, ideally with a focus on tech, product, or IT positions • Proven success in proactively identifying, directly approaching, and attracting suitable talent—including for challenging and hard-to-fill roles • Ability to quickly understand complex requirements profiles, technical contexts, and organizational structures, and derive suitable recruiting strategies • Experience working with hiring managers and senior leaders • Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics combined with a pragmatic way of working • Confident and professional demeanor, with the ability to advise candidates and business stakeholders as trusted partners • High level of initiative, persistence, and sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of building long-term talent relationships • Excellent written and spoken German and English
