📋 Description

• Own the end-to-end recruitment of key roles, with a focus on Engineering, Cloud, Infrastructure, Security, and Product • Manage the entire recruitment process, from kickoff and requirements definition through contract signing • Advise hiring managers on role profiles, interview processes, and sound decision-making • Identify, directly approach, and attract qualified tech talent through LinkedIn and other channels • Develop and implement target-group-specific sourcing strategies • Select and coordinate external recruitment agencies and recruiting partners • Analyze recruiting KPIs and continuously optimize recruitment processes • Create a professional, transparent, and respectful candidate journey • Contribute to employer branding initiatives, recruiting campaigns, careers page content, and social media content

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of recruitment experience, ideally with a focus on tech, product, or IT roles • Proven success in proactively identifying, directly approaching, and attracting suitable talent, including for challenging and hard-to-fill roles • Ability to quickly understand complex role profiles, technical contexts, and organizational structures, and derive appropriate recruitment strategies • Experience collaborating with hiring managers and senior leaders • Data-driven approach to recruiting metrics combined with a pragmatic working style • Convincing and professional presence, with strong advisory skills for candidates and business departments • High level of initiative, persistence, and sense of responsibility • Enjoyment of building long-term talent relationships • Very good written and spoken German and English skills
