• You have at least 5 years of experience in the insurance sector, particularly in the sales of life and health insurance, and possess in-depth market knowledge. • You have at least 3 years of experience leading a sales team and excel at developing talent and celebrating shared successes. • You have a strong analytical mindset and the ability to tackle complex challenges with creative, goal-oriented solutions. • Ideally, you have prior experience with broker networks or insurance platforms and understand their workflows and potential. • You demonstrate team spirit, go the extra mile, and are willing to take responsibility and drive change. • You are empathetic, a strong communicator, and work in a structured way, enabling you to understand and respond effectively to the needs of your customers and team. • You are characterized by creative and innovative problem-solving approaches and are open to new ideas and perspectives to further develop Finanzguru’s insurance business.
