• 4+ years of experience in brand design, ideally at top-tier startups or studios • A portfolio that shows strong visual taste, brand systems work, and the ability to execute at a high level across mediums • System-minded builder who likes fast loops, high craft, and measurable impact as an IC • You’ve used AI tools in your creative process, whether for production, prototyping, or experimentation • Collaborative and clear communicator. Low ego, high standards. • Comfortable coordinating freelancers: scoping, briefing, timeline/budget tracking, QA, and file handoff • English mandatory; EU/UK location within ±2h CET.
