📋 Description

• At Finary, you will design, build, and optimize high-performance, secure, and scalable backend services using Rust. • Your work will focus on developing low-latency, high-throughput systems that power our fintech platform, ensuring seamless and reliable user experiences. • Develop and maintain robust backend systems that scale efficiently as user traffic grows. • Write, optimize, and test production-ready Rust code to minimize technical debt and eliminate bottlenecks. • Implement secure coding best practices to ensure data integrity and proactively mitigate risks. • Collaborate with backend, web, and mobile teams to integrate end-to-end features and drive system reliability. • Work in a dynamic, fast-paced hybrid environment at our headquarters in Paris, where innovation and continuous improvement are at the core of our engineering culture.

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in Rust: You have a deep understanding of Rust’s memory safety and concurrency model, with hands-on experience in shipping production-quality code. • Experience with PostgreSQL, Redis, and message queues: You possess strong SQL and asynchronous messaging skills to build resilient systems. • Distributed systems & API design: You can architect scalable and maintainable systems that meet the demands of high-performance applications. • Technical excellence & problem-solving: You optimize backend performance, diagnose complex issues, and devise effective technical solutions. • Strategic thinking & communication: You can balance technical innovation with business needs, collaborating effectively in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment. • Are a team player, are humble, and like to help others grow • are fluent in English (written and spoken)
